Dental Office Manager
Dental office needs a capable, experienced receptionist / office manager. Must have at least 5 or more years of dental office management experience, and well versed in insurance claims, financial arrangements, Dentrix experience is a plus, and a friendly outgoing personality.
Oversee insurance claims and billing. Conduct patient service needs. Perform collections of outstanding bills. Maintain inventory of medical supplies. Oversee compliance with established recordkeeping guidelines. Must be computer literate. Bilingual is a plus.

Maintenance/Driver
Provides services in compliance with the Daughters of Charity Health Centers as a Maintenance/Driver. Responsible for basic janitorial services of the Daughters of Charity Health Centers during the business day. The maintenance/driver is responsible for routine transportation request for patients and deliveries for the Health Center. Must have excellent verbal skills, valid Louisiana State Drivers License.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Seton Center for Child and Adolescent Development, a program of Daughters of Charity Services of New Orleans, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide direct behavioral health services to children and adolescents at Daughters of Charity Health Centers. The applicant must have a Master’s degree in clinical social work, current license in the state of Louisiana, and clinical skills and experience relevant to working with children and adolescents. Experience with electronic medical record systems is a plus. Work schedule may require evenings and/or Saturdays. Compensation includes competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Administrative Assistant
Coordinates and provides direct clerical and administrative support to Director of Administrative Services and professional staff. Experience in purchasing is a plus.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least five (5) years experience in a secretarial or office management position in a health care setting or a Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration, Administration, or Office Management with three (3) years experience in office management or executive secretarial position. Must have inventory management and internal mailing experience. Must have excellent communication skills, including verbal and written. Must be computer literate.

Associate Medical Director, Community Care
Works closely with senior management and staff on clinical excellence in community based programs. To include mobile health units, programs for homeless patients, and community based nursing and behavioral health programs.
Must be Board Certified with clinical practice exp. in related community setting.

Associate Medical Director, Geriatrics
Works closely with senior management staff on clinical excellence and practice in geriatric settings, to include PACE programs, nursing homes, assisted living, and primary care practices. Must be Board Certified in Geriatrics with at least five (5) years clinical practice exp.

Referrals Coordinator
Functions as the liaison between referral providers and Daughters of Charity Health Center (DCHC) providers. Provides support for all providers and RN Care Manager by facilitating requests for assistance. Assists providers in the delivery of quality health care to patient by: scheduling and tracking of outbound referrals/orders by type; scheduling and Tracking of preventive services by life-cycle; Scheduling and tracking of tests by chronic illness. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least (3) years exp. in health care setting. Must have experience with patient referrals and tracking and completion of Medical Assistant Course. Bilingual a plus. Must be computer literate.


Pediatric Dentist
Provides dental care for infants, children, and adolescents: Fabricates space maintainers designed for patients. Treats primary and secondary teeth and constructs and places bridges, dentures, and obturating appliances suitable for growing arches. Manages patients with behavioral problems or handicapping conditions. Counsels and advises patients and family on growth and development dental problems of patient. Provides preventive services through use of fluorides and sealants and instructs patient and family members on dental care. Must possess a current Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in pediatric dentistry.

NFNP (Nurse Practioner)
Responsible for providing primary care services including assessing and managing patients in the clinic following established standards and practice.
Instructs patients/family regarding medications and treatment.
BSN, MSN preferred. Must have successfully completed an approved nurse practitioner program and have a minimum of three (3) years professional nursing experience in a clinic setting plus two (2) years of nurse practitioner experience.

Nurse Care Manager
The Nurse Care Manager works collaboratively with the providers and clinical staff to support patients with chronic conditions and complex needs according to guidelines and protocols established by the clinical care programs. Works especially close with the Referral Coordinator to identify patients who are considered overdue and out of the goal range for clinical care goals. Must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of LA, and current CPR certification. Should possess a baccalaureate degree from a university or college with a program in nursing accredited by NLN. Experienced in a generalized public health care setting, at least two (2) years and Care management skills are desired. Should be team oriented with ability to promote positive and productive communication with all staff. Bilingual a plus. Must be computer literate.

Certified Medical Assistant
Must possess a sense of discipline to work in accordance with accepted nursing and medical standards. Displaying excellent reading, and verbal and nonverbal communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of a Certified Medical Assistant course. Should have at least three (3) years of clinical experience. Must be computer literate.

CDL Driver w/medical experience, Mobile Health
Drives and maintains the Mobile Health Unit. Must possess a sense of discipline to work in accordance with accepted nursing and medical standards, supporting a Family Nurse Practitioner in preventative medicine environment. Displaying excellent reading, verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Must be computer literate. High school diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of a Certified Medical Assistant course. Should have at least three (3) years of clinical experience.

Provide services in compliance with Daughters of Charity Services of New Orleans as a Business Office Representative. Responsible for greeting the public, scheduling appointments, maintaining electronic medical records and clerical duties as assigned. Process patients at admission and discharge.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least three (3) years exp. in a health care business office setting. Must have excellent communication skills, including verbal and written (Proficient in Spanish language). Must be computer literate.
